Zimmer Children's Museum


In addition to our great everyday exhibits and public programs, the Zimmer Children’s Museum offers special classes each season to get your little ones moving, grooving, and creating!  Check out our class offerings below to find one (or two, or three!) that your little ones will love!

Enrollment in an entire class series includes admission for members and non-members and guarantees your child's spot in class each week. No refunds for class series enrollment.

All classes require ONE (1) child to be accompanied by ONE (1) adult, unless indicated as a DROP-OFF class.  Classes are limited in size to ensure quality instruction and individual attention.

Families who wish to bring additional guests or siblings to class must email education@zimmermuseum.org in advance to see if there is space available and pay DROP-IN rate for additional guests.

Toys, snacks, and drinks are not permitted in class.

DROP-INs ($20 any day/$40 for Preschool Prep) are welcome if space is available on the day of class. Drop-In fees applicable towards series enrollment, and does not include daily admission. Regular museum addmission rates apply.

**MAKE-UP POLICY Only ONE (1) make-up class is allowed per session. You must notify us in e-mail by 9am the morning of class date to receive make-up approval. 5 CLASSES ONLY: For those who do not have class due to closures, you may schedule ONE (1) make-up class (redeemable only within the same session) for any other age-appropriate class (if space permits) by emailing Sara, Education Program Manager, at education@zimmermuseum.org or call (323) 761-8994.

No refunds will be issued for admission, memberships, or programs.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE The Zimmer Children's Museum offers Financial Assistance to families who qualify. To apply, download the Scholarship Request Form here or contact: Sara Choi at sara@zimmermuseum.org or call 323-761-8994.
